We take a pro-active approach to maintenance issues. Before you even move in, your apartment has been inspected at least two times and all maintenance issues have been addressed. In the event a maintenance issue does arise, you can conveniently submit a maintenance request via phone or email. We attempt to address every maintenance issue within 24 hours of receiving the request.
